Eva and Michael has had the pleasure of coordinating over 1500 weddings, in all types of locations around the Bay of Banderas, and in all sizes, from small gatherings of friends and family, to a large gala event for hundreds of guests. Eva was born 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta, and has worked in tourism and real estate, as a rental agent, and her gift of creating amazing event decor, created her own success in the event community of Puerto Vallarta. Eva is head planner and administrator at Vallarta Weddings and is considered a local wedding expert locally and widely respected as one of the best in the trade.
Eva never leaves a detail overlooked. Her ability to manage efficiently and effectively compliments her abilities to organize everything perfectly. There are details you would not even thing of, that Eva will not miss. Her training and experience in administration, management and talent in event design, combine to equip Vallarta Weddings with proven knowledge in special event creation and organization.
Michael was born and raised in Niagara Falls Canada, honeymoon capital of the world, but little did he know he would end up in the romance industry. Mike has been residing in Puerto Vallarta from the age of 24, and has enjoyed the life here ever since. With self taught computer skills, actually bringing the third computer in Puerto Vallarta in 1990, by car. During his new life in Puerto Vallarta, Michael has worked in a range of projects over the years, including, local newspapers, various publications, a map making phase, yellow pages, restaurant menus, ceremony programs, sign making, graphics and website design, and has a passion for music and being a DJ. Michael loves to create a beautiful ambiance in events, with music and an artistic touch for every wedding and event.
Music has been his favorite inspiration starting from the age of 5. His years of loving music and collecting an incredible amount of music, and is consistently creating playlist with the best music throughout 60 years in many many genres.

Prices for catering in a villa varies from caterer to caterer. Some caterers include the banquet equipment such as tables and chairs, linens, flatware and glassware. Other caterers only include glassware and flatware and the coordinator arranges the tables, chairs and linens.
